Welcome to your monthly check in with yourself!
Are you new to yoga? Have you practised for some time and now have a mostly home-based practice? Would you like an opportunity to practice in community, support your nervous system, receive feedback and/or adjustments and reset intentions? This might be the class for you!
Each of these gentle hatha flow sessions will be unique, but they will all include some or all of the following: Gentle, floor based, somatic inspired warm-ups to ease into the practice, tune into your body’s needs and melt away built up tension. Focused yoga flows including movement and poses which support posture, toning and balance. Soothing shapes to encourage rest, flexibility and the move into a guided meditation or a deep guided relaxation.
